5-205.15(A) Repair the plumbing system according to Law. (sewage)./ The bar drink wastewater spill tray drain line pipe was above an area of the ice bin. Cease use of the ice from the bin until the drink collection drain spill tray discharge pipe is plumbed according to Law and verified by JCDH. Note: The main drain line was disconnected below the ice bin.

The bar wine storage shelves & refrigeration shelves had residue.

Store single-service and single-use articles at least 6 inches above the floor./ The box of single-service cups was stored on the kitchen floor.

Clean air ducts and clean/change ventilation hood filters to prevent contamination by dust, dirt, etc. / The kitchen cooks line ventilation hood filters were soiled.

Provide a clean and sanitized surface in a protected location for storing utensils such as an ice scoop that only contact non-TCS food./ The ice scoops were not stored properly.
