Provide backflow prevention device at all faucets where a hose is used./ A utility hose was attached to the faucet beneath the warewashing sink with no backflow prevention device installed: a hose bibb vacuum breaker was installed on the faucet by maintenance after the deficiency was identified to them.

Repeat violation under Official Notice EH17001928 issued 29 JAN 2026. Maintain procedure established per corrective action to this Official Notice and label each ROP package with the production time and date after vacuum sealing.
