Cease operating outside the limits set forth on the Food Permit until approval granted by JCDH. Approval may require plan or procedure review, additional equipment or fixtures // Logs of raw ground beef stored in freezer and cooler. Center owned sippy cups used. COS explained risk level 2 versus 3 and their requirements. Ground beef will not be used and taken off site. Establishment wishes to remain a risk level 2 and will not serve raw meat. Sippy cups will be provided by household and sent home each day for sanitization like the bottles.
